These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
